I've read some of Craigs other books and found them helpful however I disagreed with a lot of the content in this book. It actually sounded like advice that someone who is very insecure would give. There was very little useful advice on 'inner confidence ' and more directed towards advice like "don't do this or women won't like you" , don't be yourself or you will get rejected, women are better than you so don't be ... you get the point.
This might be helpful for men who are idiots when it comes to women but little help for anyone who wants to boost confidence
