I lost interest a bit near the end, but I can’t fault the excellent level of steaminess. Everything with the ex felt too drawn out

The narration is excellent but the story could have been concluded in one book. There was not much character development that couldn’t have been included in the first book and the husband and girlfriend became a bit of a caricature eventually.
