My favorite girl (J.T Geissinger) does it again, this time introducing more diversity in erotic play and humour then ever. I love the grown dynamic of this couple, the vulnerability they share and how real their conversations feel. they disguss their relationship in a way that makes them come alive and creates its own kind of intamacy.

There is one major thing dough that the book is missing for me.. because.. I fell in love reading the previous book with Cole.. and got heartbroken when he got hurt. that ruined the book for me... and I soo wanted for this book to bring that couple back for a few lines.. and for him to have made a complete recovery.. then maybe my heart could have beared reading that book once more.. but Cole and Shay was not given a single line...

Can't want for the next books to come J.T Geissingers universe of mafia and strong characters.

I like JT Geissinger and this was a smashingly delicious and rather spicy read. I LOVE Connor Crais. He could read the entire phone book and make it sound sexy. Story was sweet and funny. It was laugh out loud funny in places too. Grandma is hilarious!

Sophia is without question one of the most inspirational female characters I have ever read. She is intelligent, confident, strategic, and completely self-possessed. Reading her made me feel hopeful. If women like this truly exist in the real world, then humanity is in very good hands.

What made this book stand out even more is the reversal of traditional power dynamics. This is not the usual romance where the man holds all the power and the woman adapts. Instead, we see a woman who is strong, capable, and unapologetically powerful, and a man who is not threatened by it. That shift is not only refreshing, it is magnetic.

The chemistry between them is electric, and the intimate scenes explore dynamics I have not encountered in other romance novels. They feel bold, original, and genuinely exciting rather than formulaic. It adds depth and authenticity to their connection.

This book redefines what a modern romance can look like. Smart, empowering, and daring. I will be recommending it to everyone.
