I need part 2 so bad!!!!
This is my first CJ Sweet book, and it was so amazing!! The world building the plot the spice was just honestly outstanding. This was an easy 5 ⭐️ no question. This just had everything I loved.
The world building was so well written that I wasn't lost, and I could understand everything going on and imagine it because it was so well described.
Alaina enters the hunt and In hopes to mate with someone she wants to mate with in order to discover her family but entering the hunt allows her to meet her mate and she wasn't expecting to mate with the King.
The audiobook was so brilliantly executed. The casting for this was exceptional.
This was my first Andi Eloise and her performance was so amazing in the way she portrayed Alaina her range was amazing with embodying her emotion and rage and they way she delivered all of Alainas sassy lines were my absolute favourite!!
Joe Arden voiced Dax, and this was the perfect choice! The growlyness was growling!! The voice choice for Dax was honestly perfection! He bought all the emotions to Daxs performance, but Joe always makes you feel everything the character is feeling. His side character voices were also outstanding, especially Sam 😏.
I can't wait for the next instalment and more from CJ Sweet.
