What a beautifully sweet love story!

Augustus put up with so much hate for so long, it broke my heart! Beautiful love between the two MCs from the start was so lovely! Augustus' stutter and the issues surrounding it were handled with sensitivity and care, it was refreshing to see.

Outstanding performance all around by Kenneth Obi. but particularly of Augustus with his stutter. Perfection!

I really enjoyed the book. I felt for Augustus/Mac. He was a different character from what I would normally see in books. I loved how understanding and protective Quentin was and loved them together. Narration was very good as well.

I loved how Quentin helped Augustus (Mac) realise his true worth and discover who he was. I did think the story dragged a little bit in the latter half, but it was still an enjoyable listen.
