Summary

Ok, Gabriele Bianchi is just... umuhum. This man and his mouth are doing things to me. Calix, sweetheart, I get it. You had 0 chances of getting away.
The reason why this book is not a 5✨️ has nothing to do with Gabriele or Calix... or even the plot. I know, confusing, but... Look, I don't feel like the Daddy k*nk was as strong in this one as it was in the previous book. I don't feel like Gabriele is a Daddy or Calix a boy. I think they could've used the Daddy thing as a playful joke in bed, but not full on live the k*nk, if it makes sense... also, the pet play? yeah, no. That's not for me. It took me out from the scenes but this is a ME problem. I also can't say when they fell in love, like... when did they start loving each other? Sure, the signs were there, were leading in that direction but I felt like I missed the stop when this fully happened and I skipped a few steps and landed on the ILY stage.
I love the cameos and I love how Misses Lopez LOVED Amadeo 😂. Unexpected twist that one. Six is still a brat, nothing changed there.
I NEED A NIC BOOK. ASAP. YESTERDAY. LAST MONTH. GIVE ME THAT BOOK 😭.
The plot of the book is overarching, so while you can read the books as standalones, for a full experience I do recommend reading them in order. Some of the events in book one are tied with the plot in book 2 and for sure we will see more of this in book 3.
As a couple Gabriele and Calix are amazing if we take out the Daddy/pet part. We do get to see their dynamic without these two things and that's why I am saying this. The banter, the push and pull is so entertaining, they truly are a match made in heaven.
I can't wait to see what next book brings us, and I hope one day we will get a book for Nic. He sounds like a boy alright. Idk why.
If you are an audiobook lover, this one is for you. Eddie Herrera did an amazing job. 5✨️'s for his performance.
