This was good as a filler read, but didn’t have much emotional connection and I didn’t feel the chemistry. I’ll probably get more from the series when I’m wanting a quick easy listen though.

What a joy to finally get this first book included in the Audible membership, especially after enjoying almost 20 other books in this wonderful series. I loved this story and learning what happened when the women first arrived.

The plot of this book was good but it was definitely more relationship focused which I enjoyed! I would love to finish the rest of this series as interconnected standalones are some of my favs!
