Jim Lewis is unemployed and one month away from being evicted when he finds out his great aunt has passed away and left him her property. But she didn’t leave him a regular house–it’s a boarding house in a quaint college town.
When Jim arrives, he finds out the boarding house is in desperate need of repair and the townsfolk expect him to sell it. But Jim plans on staying, especially after he’s welcomed to town by the beautiful ballerina, Madison.
Just Off Campus follows Jim as he gets to know more of the women in town, including a feisty dancer, an aspiring author, the owner of a bookshop, and the manager of the boarding house.
©2025 Rem Robotham (P)2026 Royal Guard Publishing LLCFast paced, likable characters and a guilty pleasure harem plot with plenty of spice. MC is a classic good guy who treats his girls well and has them flocking to him and by the end, make a wholesome family environment with each other.
Summer Moon's voice goes well with this story; warm, gentle and clear to follow along with in her narration.
Some minor characters could have been left out but that's my opinion.
If you want a quick, spicy, one-shot harem, slice-of life story then this a worth a listen.
