Wow and I thought book one Firsts couldn’t be topped, I was so wrong Lasts was over the top. Consequences be damned was proven right in this story of taboo, forbidden love.
Always, book three can’t be released on audible soon enough.
Bravo to the narrators Aaron Shedlock, Lacy Laurel, Jacob Morgan you so made these characters come to life.

This one starts where the last one ended and you get lots of flash backs to Silas's life and also Brax and Leia and you get to hear how Brax feels about Leia and boy is he love struck. You do have to pay attention as the book does go back and forward in time lots. I found Sy's story so interesting and I just want to know more. It was great that you got to hear Brax in this one.

Lacy Laurel just brings the intensity to life she is just so good with all the accents and really sells the story. Aaron Shedlock is great as Silas is spot on he brings all the emotion and alpha to the character so well. The bonus in this book is that Jacob Morgan is Brax and I OMG he does an amazing job I could listen to him become Brax all day. This story has some very very steamy scenes.

I can't wait for the last book to come out as I need to know how this will end.x

These three narrators, Jacob Morgan, Aaron Shedlock, and Lacy Laurel, pulled off a performance that felt like theater or television. I mean, how is that possible?! I really felt it. It came to life for me. Having three narrators with such different personalities and levels of emotion in their voice was insane! This was one of the quickest audiobooks I've ever listened too... yes, yes, it's only 4.5 hours but it just FLEW through it all.

I felt like I was taking a deep and thorough walk though Brax, Leia and Silas's minds, their hearts. It was excruciating! This seemed like the major development of the book... we get a ton of background on the key players, a ton of feelings. Oh man, the heat that brought on the wiggles! I feel like we layed some real ground work here and am dying trying to wait for the next story. I knew I should have waited so know I'll pace! I really wish they were a bit longer though, perhaps broken up so there could be 6 or 7 hours in each book... yes, I know... I just want more!

This story I just couldn't connect to with everything going on both in the present and in the past. This story to me just feels all over the place and I had a hard time making connection. I do think the narrators did a good job with the 3 different characters. The narrators all did a nice job with making the characters individuals and did make good connection with the characters themselves. I didn't hate this book but just struggled to get sucked in and make the connection to the story.

The Cape Hill series is really getting better I didn't know where the story was heading. Lasts really blew me away with all the changes and turns that we get to feel in this new chapter on the story. The relation of Brax, Leia, and Silas is heading into a whole new direction I didn't see it coming but is a great development in the story..

Lasts is way hotter than the first book, the characters feel bolder and more mature with a more intense needs to satisfy what they crave.. in Lasts we get to know more about Brax, Leia, and, Silas their past and what made them be that way.. they're surrounded by so many obstacles and people with a lot of back agendas and dark intensions that are making it hard to believe and trust.

Brax character really surprised me a lot, I never thought he was that dominant and sexy and determine I really like where his story is heading.

I can't wait to read Always and finally have all the answers!!

Lasts also left us with so many questions, I'm super intrigued about where the story is heading and what is going to happen next with these amazing characters.

The narration by Jacob Morgan, Aaron Shedlock, and Lacy Laurel really was great, I enjoy so much Jacobs narrations, I felt in love with Brax even more with the way Jacob brought his character to life. Aaron and Lacy really gave so much to their characters giving to the story more depth.. definitely great cast for this series I'm enjoying so much their work.
