Cannot recommend this book enough, it's phenomenal. I couldn't get it out of my head.

This book devoured me as much as I devoured it

I've been waiting for the audible version for so long but this new guy just... lacks the intensity Joe Arden put into Malachi's speech... so am I the only one disappointed that it's not Joe voicing Malachi? Anyway, I loved every second of this book

I've never waited so impatiently for a book to get realised

what a rollercoaster of emotions towards the mmc. I was disappointed that Joe Arden didn't voice the second book but it was good.

Rollercoaster

I listened to Little Liar and let’s start with my one tiny heartbreak 💔the narrators changed. I loved Joe Arden as Malakai in Book 1; his performance was next-level phenomenal and I definitely missed him. That said, credit where it’s due: the new narrators absolutely showed up and delivered strong performances of their own.

Story-wise, this book picks up right where Little Stranger left off, continuing the chaos, trauma, and tangled emotions we already survived. What really had me hooked was getting Malakai’s younger POV, I was here for it. Seeing how he became who he is added so much depth and understanding to his character.

Let’s be clear: this romance is dark, twisted, toxic, and wildly not normal. Red flags? Everywhere. Therapy? Desperately needed. Did I enjoy it anyway? Yes. Absolutely. Without hesitation. 😌
The cherry on top was hearing familiar characters from the Edge of Darkness series such a fun little crossover moment that felt like a treat.

Messy, intense, unsettling, and addictive. Just the way Leigh Rivers intended. 🖤
