The male character humiliating every female he comes into contact with really pissed me off. Couldn’t wait for it to be over. Narrators were fine but hated this story and only finished it because I was waiting for female character to ‘grow a set’ but that didn’t happen

This was a great listen. The story had twists and turns and my heart was right along for the ride too, I couldn't help but fall in love with the characters. The actors were fantastic as always. I'd really recommend this.

Good Lord, the female narrator's gasp after every sentence is SO DISTRACTING.

I struggled with some elements of this, it was very well narrated so no critcism there, but the love story was based solely on a lack of trust and a lot of arguing that was somehow remedied with sexual harassment and predictable sex (I mean who restrains a woman by pinning her arms above her head - when a firm grip th the shoulders would suffice. This happened EVERY time - predictable....). The lead lady seemed to spend an awful lot of time either being whingy or breathless again predictable...
That said the bare bones of the story was very good, and a well paced story line.
