So I was eyeing this book up for a long time, I love story retelling’s & when they’re done right they’re amazing & this!! This was 100% done right!! I ate it up & left not a single crumb! This was Rumplestiltskin done super dark!!
He had his obsession, her name was Emily.
For 10 years he’s watched her, he abided his time before he could have her again, and now he has her as his captive!
She stole something from him & he wants it back!! But she doesn’t know who he is & what she’s done. She pleads for him to give her 5 days, 30 minutes a day to figure out who he is & if she can remember his name then will he let her go?
Erm F yes to this!! I looooved it!! I had to message Sybil when i was done because I couldn’t contain my excitement from this book!
It was dark af, spicy & the story!! Oh the story had so much depth & the MMC was a pos, narcissistic a’hole, so much so that their is a trigger warning just for him at the beginning of the book 😮💨
It was brilliant, I’m excited to read Lamb next & already cant wait for the rest of this series! 🤎
