This is a great guide to starting out as a Dom, it explains things well. It also gives scenarios, got some good ideas from this. It also explains the difference between the Doms and how to do certain things too.

Couldn't stop listening. Covered all the bases very well. Some of it may freak you out and some of it may really tickle your fancy, but all of it is very informative and an excellent foundation to build on and pick and choose what works for you.
