Think I have autism and ADHD and the short segments work well and the lady's voice is easy to listen too. Find listening to whilst falling asleep is good.think shows some understanding about ADHD as well.but plan to keep listening too regularly and helps as have a lot of other stresses at present.may try and listen to when out as well
