The audiobook is very chilled and takes you to a deeper world of relaxation where you leave your pain and worries behind you to rediscover yourself. It was a very reflective and relaxing meditation which I enjoyed very much and I would certainly be listening again when I'm looking for deeper moments of relaxation. Very recommended.

I have never read any meditation books, this is my first experience, and I will not trade it for anything. I was practicing the exercises alongside the instructions, and it truly relieves stress and anxiety. The breathing exercises and the meditation were great. I definitely recommend this book; I have a copy in my library and intend to go back and listen to it over and over again. Really lovely book ... Thank you so much for the research and the remarkable book.
