This is an excellent resource for anyone wanting to explore balance and chair yoga exercises. The book is a 2-in-1, where book 1 covers balance exercises for seniors, including exercises ranging from seated exercises, standing exercises, walking exercises, floor exercises, core exercises, and vestibular exercises. The book is comprehensive in terms of exercises, and it also contains two 30-day, 10-minute workout plans, which I found very useful! Book 2 covers chair yoga exercises, starting with warmup and mobility, then cardio and muscular endurance, core, lower and upper body, stretching, and flexibility. This second book also includes a workout plan, which makes it very easy to get started and stay on track - highly recommended if you are interested in implementing balance and chair yoga exercises into your daily routine.
