I chose to use this guided meditation during my Morning as I was feeling a little stressed and it kind of threw me, I was put of by “Imagine being on a beach” scenario - it felt a bit clichè. I just focused on my breathing and the sea waves; which helped me relax, the breath work is good, the soundtrack and the sound of his voice too.
Maybe when I try this guided meditation at the end of day; I might have a different take on it.

A great short meditation that really helps me in my daily mindfulness practice. The narrators voice is soothing yet strong.
I did not notice any end credits that another review mentioned.

I put only the sample of this on and I almost fell asleep sat in my chair. As a mum with a very long daily task list, I found this to be the perfect way to stop and unwind. It only takes ten minutes and the voice is so relaxing! I would recommend to anyone else with a busy schedule who needs to learn to breathe a little deeper.
