Before listening to this book, I thought Nashville was a place that would only be of interest to musicians looking for a record deal. Wow! There is so much more to see and do that is outlined in this book! I'll be putting Nashville on my destination list for the future.

I live about 3hrs from Nashville and we actually had a road trip planned down there last week so it was really fun to be able to listen to this book on our way there. I had actually visited the Parthenon once but didn't have time to do the tour inside so learning more about it actually convinced us to go check it out this time. Seeing the awesome statue of Athena was amazing. I was happy to see that there were about 15 places in the book that we had previously visited and now we have so many more to go. I added the Country Music Hall of Fame to the list this time after listening to the book. We also went and checked out Printers Alley which I had never heard of until this book.

I like that the audible book has an ebook available with it that includes pictures. It was nice to refer back to the ebook when we were down there to retrieve the fun facts that I had listened to.

Fun book by the author and is a great listen if you are heading to Nashville for a trip.
