The book gives helpful insight on how to fix one's values. It provides helpful information on how to work on self esteem which can bring fear and challenges. It provides relatable story at the end of the book. The author provides and shares insight on how she solved her challenge to become the best version of herself. The book is easy to follow as the author shares her formulated steps that helped her fix her life. The importance of self-esteem and how it matters to help change the way one feels was helpful to live a happier life. Step 8 which was connecting with the inner peace was most helpful.

I love the step-by-step guide for self-esteem in this book. I think these steps are not only for women but also for young girls. Or anyone who has kids has low self-esteem can identify and apply these steps. I didn't know there are types of self-esteem until I listen to this book. I learn so much from it. My favorite is the identification of triggers that you might miss or didn't think of. I think this is the important process before any else and the author has demonstrated that problem. I like the layout of a problem to a solution. Good book!
