My favorite weight loss method! Hypnosis while I sleep. Love this concept, and why not? Just listen, relax, and let the sessions do their thing. I've tried other hypnosis programs, but I like that this one is geared toward women specifically. The female archetype concept is interesting as I haven't seen that in any other hypnosis programs. This audiobook seems very empowering for women and not just about weight loss. Something unexpected that was a nice bonus for me was that I slept better too!
