Sensitive to sound and I find some guided sleep meditation works for me. I have psoriatic arthritis and have been suffering with back, shoulder and foot pain for several months. The pain in my foot particularly has bothered me as it’s forced me to put my daily workout on hold, this has affected my mental health. I used this meditation last night instead of my normal guided sleep. It’s now 5:15am and I have woken up pain free. I do not remember the last time I felt like this, feeling very humbled! Feeling extremely grateful and so happy that I gave this a go. I hope that this author has more Solfeggio on audible, I’m off to search. Thank you so much!
