This book could have been a great collection of stories, but the monotonous narration spoils it.

rubbish

I'd previously left a negative review of volume 1 of this collection, claiming the narrator may be semi-literate. This was far too charitable on my part. This volume features many of the same horrendous mistakes as the previous volume such as "antidote" in place of "anecdote", "Necromonicon" in place of "Necronomicon" as well as new ones such as "consummated" instead of "consumed" when referring to a meal being eaten.

Then there are the mystery accents. I don't even know what the narrator is imagining he sounds like but listening to hours of fingernails down a blackboard would arguably be a more pleasurable experience for the majority.

The narrator is clearly an idiot.

Offensively Bad Narrator.

struggled with this one, it didn't appear to be very gripping or tense. it would of been better to of heard it been read by someone with not such a broad American accent it was a little distracting

its ok

not horror at all and the narration could put me to sleep. Didn't expect much for the price but was hoping for a bit better,

Waste of 36p, not sure about the stories, as completely spoilt by the narrator's monotonous droll...........

Horrendous narration
