One of my favorite audiobooks is guided meditation. They are useful, practical, and, on top of that, very comfortable to listen to. This audiobook is very soothing, with nice and calming music, and I like to practice guided meditation before sleep. Since it feels good to listen to, I also put it up during the day. That helps me take a break during work, and I will feel better afterward. The meditation here focuses on self-love and healing and helps you discover yourself. And honestly, who doesn't need those? I will come back to it and listen again whenever I feel like I need an extra dosage of self-love!
