The cover itself was enough to attract me to this book so I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that the content was just as great. At the start of the book, the narrator reads that the book aims to combat ignorance about menopause and it does so (at least it did with me). I know I'm supposed to eat healthy and many things I do now will impact my ageing process. However, there are many links explored in this book that I had no idea about. For example, the impact of things like fasting or eating sugar on menopause. Good to know about this stuff in advance!

A must read for all undergoing menopause, lowered estrogen and weight gain. I will have to try the intermittent fasting. I was especially interested in the part where decreasing toxins and decreasing inflammation in the body is discussed. The author also mentions food items that will help on overall health. The audio is pleasant to listen to and the information was interesting. Thank you!!
