It brings to the fore that the silent messages we constantly say to ourselves in our head/mind or the negative verbal words we continually say out loud about ourselves are not just words and do have an impact on our spirit, soul and body.
Proverbs 18:20-21 (NASB) - (20) With the fruit of a [person's] mouth, his stomach will be satisfied; He will be satisfied with the Product of his lips. (21) Death and Life are in the Power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit (Quoting from the Old Testament of The Holy Bible). I've really enjoyed it and willingly chose to read it, even though in the Introduction the author states that she believes that the whole of the Bible is the inspired Word of God of Heaven (2Timothy 3:16-17 New Testament of The Holy Bible) and that it is ONLY through confessing all our wrongdoing & tendency to do our own thing and Believing on Jesus Christ as the Son of God who died for all our sins/wrongdoing can we have a Right Standing with Father God and be declared Righteous & Guiltless (John 14:6, Acts 4:11-12 New Testament of The Holy Bible). Have an open mind, be challenged and encouraged as I have been through reading the book. God bless you all.
