Not that this title is necessarily the be-all-end-all of health and fitness, but it definitely does a great job of simplifying things and helping the reader make sense of all the health and fitness information on the market. Though it focuses on bodyweight exercises, it also talks about the other necessary parts of a vibrant lifestyle: nutrition, sleep, movement, etc.
What I liked most about this audiobook was how it helped strength training make sense again. It uses simplified yet logical explanations to advocate for a training regiment centered around bodyweight exercises. No, we don't necessarily need all that fancy or expensive equipment, and this book helps us realize that.
So, to sum up, I think this title can help breakthrough and make sense of all the noise in the genre, as well as simplify things down to a comprehensible point. I would recommend reading it both for its content and its ability to quickly deliver its message, without complication.
Great tips for staying fit at any age
