About this listen

When Feyre kills a wolf, a beastlike creature arrives to demand retribution for it. Dragged to a magical land, Feyre discovers that her captor is not an animal. As she dwells on his estate, her feelings for Tamlin transform from icy hostility into a fiery passion that burns through every lie and warning she's been told about the beautiful, dangerous world of the Fae. But an ancient shadow is growing, and Feyre must find a way to stop it....

Very short…. Not worth one credit… seems like it was just a filler between the two books. Should have been offered with the last one.

Short filler piece

So technically not really worth spending the credit on. This is a novella so it's not meant to be long. Unfortunately coming after the last 3 books which just got better and better this was a bit of a let down. I love the series as a whole and can't wait for her newest one.

It's mostly just a bridge to the next novel

Another great one. There is not one book in this series that disappointed me. I would read them again anytime.

Loved it

It was a good addition as it explores the characters further and highlights the effects the war had on them without brushing it away like it was a mild inconvenience. I also liked the way Feyra finally got to use her painting skills and embrace that more peaceful part of herself.

A nice addition to the series

this feels like a super short story after the last few books and feels like a bit of a filler. having said that it was still very enjoyable and a good listen. I believe there is one more book in the series so now I'm off to get that one.
