The worst thing about the Mystic Bayou series is that it makes you want to move there, but you can't. Great romantic escapism, and you always get a happy ending. I like the way each story is complete in itself, but they all weave together into this finale. Every main character is now happily paired off, which provides a good sense of closure. Though if Molly Harper were ever to add more stories it'd still work.

I enjoyed this series so much and I’m really sad to say goodbye to all these new friends. I got totally lost in these stories. I liked the accents of the narrators and the drama in each book. It was really funny and entertaining.

I commend the narrators in juggling so many character voices, and the author for a great series. This book has an insane amount of depth to it. From challenges in love, life and career to family. A really fascinating read.

Every character from and including book 1 to book 8 bring this superb series to life with love and laughter. Great storylines filled with fun and action, Molly Harper shares her wonderful talent and I’m proud to call myself an avid and loyal fan to all her work. Bringing Mollys work to audiobooks is pure genius, Jonathan David and Amanda Ronconi are perfect partners in their narratives and deserve awards. Whenever I need “a pick me up” this series is the audiobooks I reach out for. Message to Molly, please revisit Mystic Bayou and reveal Zed and Dani’s baby gender.
