I did enjoy listening to this but disappointed I could not access the additional resources as mentioned. I did email them via the website but didn’t receive any reply …

Somewhat helpful

As someone with full blown agoraphobia for 6 years and PTSD I found nothing helpful about this book.
It just mentions how we have mental health and that our thoughts are not us. But that is basic mindfulness. To me, it seems like a bit of a selling tactic to purchase the programs online ( in a subtle non pushy way) as it's really difficult to grasp the concept of the book without further info in the form of courses.
It's again, really unfortunate that I got nothing from this book as it was really promising.
