About this listen

The inheritance of a lifetime... or is it?

When Sophie falls heir to a castle on the Italian Riviera, she can’t believe her luck. The catch? She must share it with her estranged sister, Rachel, for three months.

As Sophie travels to Italy, memories of a cheating ex resurface but so does a newfound connection with her friend Chris back home.

With the clock ticking, will Sophie be able to heal old wounds with her sister and find love with Chris?

A beautiful story of romance and sisterhood, A Little Piece of Paradise is the first novel in the Love From Italy series. It is perfect for fans of Alex Brown and Lucy Coleman.

Writing since the age of 14, bestseller T. A. Williams has perfected the balance of love, mystery, and travel in his beloved book series - from his holiday romances to his cosy whodunnits.

Love the story and the characters. Whilst I liked the narrator it would have been good for her to have had some Italian pronunciation training. I cringed every time a word was mispronounced, which was all the time and it distracted from the overall enjoyment. I have listened to all the Armstrong and Oscar books however there was an attempt there to pronounce Italian words correctly. Just my opinion.

Love the book but found it very annoying!

Is just superb. But the narration on this one was creepy at times.

The setting and the food and people forming friendships with one another are all highlights of this genial romance. There’s little drama, and no tragedy, so its good as I recuperate from a minor illness. Or to read on a plane or on the beach. I found the heroines a bit tedious at times, that they are mostly well intentioned helps. The reader did a good job.

A cosy bit of escapism

I've listened to all Oscar and Armstrong books and loved each one. Whilst waiting for the next one to come out, I've tried something else from T.A. Williams. It did not disappoint. The narrators voice is very calm, the story is lovely and calm. It's easy to follow, the way everything is described helps the reader/listener visualise the story and characters.

If you are looking for a calm, heartfelt escape this is the book to read/listen. However if you are looking for action, look somewhere else.

I am now looking into my next listen by T. A. Williams.

A very cosy escape
