In 1910 Minnesota, Nilda Carlson's dreams are coming true. Though her first few months in America were difficult, her life now resembles the images that filled her daydreams in Norway. Most relevant
I have read every other Lauraine Snelling book series and thoroughly enjoyed them all. However this is simply too fanciful and unbelievable to be true. I love historical fiction, but it's got to be believable fiction and this is not. A very disappointed.

Definitely not the author's best work.
