Honestly, this book starts off running. Or perhaps crashing is the right word. Alien Bear Shifter Star Ranger Black literally crashes into Kady's backyard. Aside from the instant attaction that comes with being fated mates, they almost instantly have to rely on each other to get away from the authorities. On the run from them, Kady and Black find themselves running from the spectral soul stealers as well. In fact most of the book swings between their intense sexual attraction and their intense battle with their enemies. They slip down the proverbial rabbit hole into a world filled with paranormal beings, including witches, gnomes and much more.

It is an interesting start to the series. It definitely keeps the listener busy with a rapidly developing plot. Overall the story is a bit weird but definitely fun!

I have to say I haven’t laugh so much in a long time. This is a great book that is funny and romantic. This book has shifters/ aliens and witches is awesome. I happily and definitely recommend this book. I can’t wait for the next book in the series.

Kady has left society to live alone because she is tired of being bullied by men. Black is an alien that has crashed landed near her home and she wants to save him from the government agencies that will probe and dissect him. They are immediately attracted to each other and Black realizes that she is his mate. They must now fight for their lives and freedom from corrupt agents and the villains from Black's world while Kady discovers all kinds of secrets about herself. Full of action, drama and hot sex scenes. Great Narration.

This is my 1st Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Paranormal Romance and it just blew me away. Aidy Award skillfully writes and creates an imaginative & interesting story with amazing characters. This is a fun, fast paced, action packed story with some magical moments, hot moments and some LOL moments. I loved the TV references included too, very bewitching and trekking Thank you for the great story Aidy Award!

I listened to the audio edition, Gwen Cross does a wonderful job narrating. She performs the voices of all the characters, switches vocals effortlessly and tells the story in a perfect flow with he right amount of dramatic flair. Thank you for a great listen!

Oh I loved this book!! Its funny, sexy, weird and intruiging!!! The plot line is detailed and twisted and very unusual!!! I love that this story is something out of the ordinary!!

Written with such an amusing style it had me laughing out loud!!
