I have amazing deep sleep with this meditation , I feel renewed and peaceful when I wake up. My wife was looking for an audible to play before going to sleep to try and help her get into a deeper sleep and for her to feel more energetic when she woke up in the mornings. I adored this soothing, calming listen. I am a big fan of sleep meditations and have tried several, and this one is unique in that it feels like being at a spa on the most relaxing of days. Complete with breath work and guided imagery, I loved the journey it took me on through feelings and releasing trapped emotions within the body and reprogramming the subconscious with empowering affirmations. A complete work that is worth keeping in your library!

My mother suffers from sleep apnea and she can't really control her breathing in a way she relaxes. She mentioned once that these guided meditations were helpful to open the lungs and the nasal passages in order to breathe better during the night. This audiobook is very great work for people struggling to have a healthy sleeping time!
