I suffer from self diagnosed insomnia and I'm always looking for something that can help.

I've found this book very interesting and the narrator has done a great job too.

The author has put together great meditation techniques from breath induction, imagery and sensory technique. My favourite is the progressive countdown method...it's really helping for now!

I've tried several sleep remedies, and nothing seemed to work that well. But, after putting my sleep buds in and turning on this audiobook, I was asleep in minutes. I was skeptical that a book would even help me sleep. But, especially with all of the stress a wife and mother must go through in our modern society. I highly recommend it.

The author was right, I started to listen to this audiobook during my work break and almost fell asleep. The narration is slow and hypnotizing and so is the background music. There is no better way to sleep than deeply.

This is a great meditation audiobook experience. The scripts are on point and the narrator's voice and intonation are very soothing and calming. I felt sleepy listening to this myself, at midday! Definitely sharing this audiobook with my partner to see what she thinks.

I highly recommend this book to women seeking a relaxing audiobook experience, to wind down at the end of a long day, or just unwind when things get too stressful.
