I found this book inspiring and uplifting, I listened to it around 3 times and found it enchanting and endearing each time ❤️ its not the best book in the world, but I found myself smiling and enjoying this easy listening upbeat lil gem 💎 she has a lovely voice which is smooth and relaxing 🥰 would recommend xx I also keep checking to see if she has released any more 🤍🕯️

After serious life changing circumstances I have found myself in a huge downward spiral.....no energy, tired, emotional and a very lost. Big job changes, the loss of a loved one and Covid with 4 young children to name a few of the factors.
I've read lots and lots of books which have helped me to make some sense of it all and to help me re find my sparkle, but nothing like this.
This book is such a joy to read. I love that Emma doesn't leave anything out......its told just how it is .......there isn't any social media perfection here..... that let's face it just makes us all feel a bit rubbish from time to time.
it's so relatable and so easy to follow. I've already started the online yoga that Emma recommends and have got all the bits to make my vision board at the weekend which I am ridiculously excited about.......and thats it right there ....its only been a week and already I feel the positivity and let's not forget that all important sparkle returning.
I can't wait to read the rest of the book.
