This book is loaded with outdated stereotypes of ADHD. I was disappointed eg that more boys have ADHD than girls rather than are diagnosed with it. It only gets worse from there. This book was not for me.

This book is badly written and narrated. The text is just a jumble of words herded into vague sentences, with ADHD every so often. Possibly because of this, the narration sounds like like a computer is reading it. If there is any useful information about ADHD and nutrition I missed it...

Very dissatisfied.
