This audiobook has been a great help, at least for me, even though I don’t have a diagnosed case of ADHD. I love how the author divided the full book into small, manageable sections, each with a clear focus. That way, people with ADHD can listen in small chunks, which makes a huge difference.
My favorite chapter was the one about time management, since that’s usually the main problem when someone struggles with daily tasks. The tips about dividing tasks into 10-minute time windows are amazing. I must say that the author really overdelivers in this audiobook. It’s not only eight books in one, but it also includes a downloadable PDF supplement with five extra mini-books and practical tools, such as how to create a focus playlist, track progress, and more.
