Summary

 Coimbatore city is rocked by two terrorist bomb blasts. The mastermind behind them is Karuppasamy who has escaped police custody and joined a terrorist group as a 'consultant'. He sends letters to the Police commissioner's office in advance through courier, giving hints about the upcoming blasts. He demands the release of the arrested terrorist leader Shahul Iqbal.
