Excellent affirmations beautifully spoken with gentle music. Highly recommended. I always custom time it knocking 15 seconds odd it's length. This avoids the jolting and highly annoying man's voice at the end saying 'Audible hope you have enjoyed this'. This happens so much on this platform with so many titles. It's infuriating! At least this guy isn't the high pitched one!
