This author is exceptional at capturing my attention and imagination from the first page to the last. The whole book is well thought out, locations, characters and plot. I’m never sure what we’ll get but I know it’s always going to be awesome. Ms Sahin is an automatic read and buy for me every time. The emotional toll is a rollercoaster and this book is no exception but the flow is exceptional and there’s never angst for angst sake so to speak. I loved these new characters and I can’t wait to see what she has in store for Alex and Reed now. The little surprise at the end of the book is just a little nugget of goodness to keep us guessing and hoping. I cannot wait for the next book now. The audible narration was excellent. Totally enhances the experience.

Seraphina and Ryder's story is brutally intense whilst also being sizzlingly hot. I love the Delta Shield Team, they see themselves as broken men who work in the shadows to remove those who target others...but we as readers see so much more. Fast paced and packed with danger this first book in the series will suck you into the Delta Shield world as these broken warriors steal your heart and keep you invested. I listened to this on Audible with Kindle Unlimited.
