Absolutely delightful! An amusing and gentle storyline brought to life by the wonderful Penelope Keith, who had me laughing out loud at times, particularly when narrating the parts of 'Ray'. I'm definitely going to download more from this series.

Very enjoyable, well-written story with fantastic narration. Cannot fault this audiobook- great and diverse characters, and loads of twists. Just wonderful, can’t wait to listen to the next one.

I didn’t like the TV version - I couldn’t take to it, so I think I had tarred the whole series with that brush. I enjoyed this thoroughly and look forward to many more, Penelope Keith is just the best. I love her. And whilst some of her accents (Welsh in particular) leave much to be desired- her telling of the story is just divine!
