A beautiful amalgamation of all the characters we love and had gotten to know over the years with psy-changeling-human all together in one big story. Richly narrated by Angela Dawe. Nalini Singh created a perfect world with this series, which I fell in love with from the very first book (Slave to Sensation) paranormal romance has never been so good.
Simply loved it.

I love this book. It’s the continuation of multiple storylines around a bigger storyline and is fantastic.

While I just love the individual character stories this series brings you and I love that Nalini keeps you updated on the progress of the lives of the other characters we’ve met before in lots of small ways in each book. This book is truly fantastic because it’s based around multiple character storylines of some of our favourite characters that all form part of the bigger underlying thread of this book.

I really enjoyed it.

This is long been one of my favourite series and I’ve come back to reread it once again. I forgot how wonderful this book is. It’s the kind of book that reminds you why you fell in love with the series in the first place—layered, expansive, and setting the stage for even more.

There are so many stories within stories, you’re catching up with some of your favourite characters. Some of those threads are tied off, and new storylines set up in the wonderful way Nalini does that.

It’s rich with emotion, moments like Zia Zenn, you’re not expecting to kick you in the gut as much as it does, because he’s not being a major character but he’s connected to those that are and you don’t realise until you get there how much emotion that’s going to create just wonderful writing and a wonderful story, read beautifully as always by Angela Dawe, she is all of these characters. I just can’t imagine anybody else reading these books.

As of those have said it’s such a shame that there were glitches throughout the recording. It would be really great if they could sort that out because it does take away a little bit from the wonderful story.
