I started this book in December 22nd after a friend recommended it. I was skeptical but thought I’d listen to it. Over night my relationship with food changed. Over Xmas I didn’t comfort eat. I didn’t eat any treats, cakes or even mince pies. And never felt deprived or reliant on will power! It just seemed normal not to want it.
For anyone who feels shackled to comfort food; this is the book to release you. Be open minded. Listen to it all. Don’t skip any. And don’t try and combine plans and you will love it!

I don't know why or how but it just works for me. I'm sure for some it won't. I gave up alcohol a couple of years ago with no issues thanks to this method and this is exactly the same but with junk food. I have no cravings. I just see junk food for what it is.
