This one is much more serious than the other books. It deals with topics such as cheating and captivity, which can darken the tone dramatically. But the writing manages to balance this with well-used humour and romances so it's an overall positive book. I adored these new characters, and again it's fun seeing where previous characters are in their futures through cameos.
