This book is a great resource for people with anger issues. The author provides information on anger, what it is and how to manage it.
I liked the chapter about the CBT strategies which I'm implementing. I have also started to write a journal as suggested and I'm finding this extremely helpful.

This book has a step-by-step protocol that can be easily implemented. I also love the real-world examples of dealing with anger given by the author. This book provides you with the tools you need to make better choices on dealing with anger when in the heat of the moment. Highly recommend!

Everyone in any kind of relationship or in any stage will be angry at some point. Some people know how to control themselves, some don't. And if you don't know how to control them, it can ruin the relationship. This book gives you a lot of ways and tips to help you with healthier anger management. My favorite ways to help combat anger management are practicing mindfulness, using the cool-down kit, and journal prompts because you can actually practice this at home and on your own.

I've struggled with anger issues for almost all my life. No idea why. Its ruined lots of friendships and relationships for me in the past. This audiobook was an eye-opener for me, especially the chapter on how anger affects your family. If you truly want to work on yourself and become a better person, listen to this audiobook! I wish I had found this sooner.
