Summary

Finn, Penny, and Mila are melding as a team, but the cost of victory is mounting: hellhounds, ass whoopings, and a few random deaths. It’s been a long day. What would the Duke do?

We continue on with Finnegan, Penny and Mila's adventures. They are trying to find Finnegan's ship which is in the Dark Star's clutches. All the dark magic she is using is causing an affect on magic in general so our feisty trio need to stop her as soon as possible.

What is Mila's mystery magic? Why can't Finn or Penny detect any magic from her yet they know she can see it. We do find out what she is at the end of the book - no spoilers from me - listen and find out :D
