This is a good book for anyone who has trust and relationship issues. This workbook helped me come to terms with my attachment style, and gave practical ideas on how to develop a more secure relationship. Among the most beneficial were the mindfulness exercises as well as grounding exercises, and I really enjoyed the fun communication practices. It’s a mind-blower that changed my perception of relations making me feel more relaxed and self-assured. Now I have other ways to deal with my anxieties and panic attacks. After finishing it, I felt a weight had been lifted so that I could just be myself without worrying what other people think all the time.
