The chapters are broken down nicely and the content is easy to follow and apply to your relationships. Graham Wolfe has a nice calm and professional narrator voice. He doesn’t over dramatize the content and gives you time to think through what you’re learning.
If you struggle with/anxiety, needy behavior, relationship sabotage, rollercoaster relationships, constantly finding yourself over thinking or obsessing over your partner, fear of being abandoned, or being emotionally reactive.
