Easy to listen to, real characters and a brilliant but fairly sad story. I did shed a few tears at the end.

During the first couple of chapters I wasn't sure if I was going to like this one and nearly gave up. However, I am glad that I persevered as it turned out to be very enjoyable (even though I guessed quite early what was happening).

The narration was, on the whole, very good. Apart from one niggle which I found a tad off putting - the narrator who read the part of Eliana sounded, at times, American. However, that did not stop me from enjoying the book and I will be recommending it to family and friends.

This is a superb story, full of twists and turns. The characters are so believable. The ending was fast paced and unexpected. Highly recommend this book.
