This become a great help, really. It has the content to help you with yourself, how to love and take care of your mental health. It teaches you how to be confident in a way that you nearly didn't notice that you have changed for the better. You'll see things more beautifully, you'll understand things more deeply than ever. There's a lot of reason to live and we have goals and ambitions to make. And this book will help us maintain our mental health for that. Great narration and overall.

i loved this book. as someone who suffers from anxiety and tends to people please, it served as the perfect guide to become resilient and mentally strong. i tend to go down a depressive spiral every time something goes wrong in life, which is inevitable anyway. this book taught me how to shield myself and become strong enough to deal with daily life's chalanges without letting them bring me down. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Equip yourself with all the tools that you could possibly need to address the negative thoughts in your mind!

The most important lesson for me from this book was to accept my weaknesses and instead to shift focus onto my strengths to overcome challenges and to approach problems from my own unique perspective.

I think I will give this audiobook a listen again after applying some of the principles. Highly recommend it!
