I enjoyed the twists and turns of the crime aspect of the story and the paranormal elements. So often you read in novels how the detectives had a ‘gut feeling’ - I liked this version. It was also a pleasant change to have an established relationship as a base for the key characters. The narration was also quality. I’d definitely list to the next in the series.
